Postpartum Massage

Facilitates postpartum recovery, including structural & abdominal restoration. Massage can help you handle the physical demands of caring for a new born by reducing tension and increasing energy.

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga exercises are modified with the pregnant woman in mind. Some of these exercises are intended to strengthen specific muscle groups, while others encourage softening and expansion of your pelvis to allow for the the safe passage of your baby. Prenatal yoga classes will also help you to develop confidence and trust in your body and your natural ability to give birth.

HypnoBirthing

You will learn the art of using your own natural birthing instincts. With Hypno Birthing, you will not be in a trance or a sleep state. You will be aware and fully in control, but profoundly relaxed.
