Return Policy

We want everyone to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a Nils Poll Bowler juggling hat from us.  However, if for some reason you need to return a hat, please understand our "Return Policy".  Hats may be exchanged for credit only, no cash refunds. We do not pay for return shipping, you will have to pay for return shipping.  A US $15 re-handling fee will also be charged. Credit will not be given for any hat which shows signs of  wear or abuse so please, if apon arrival and inspection you have decided to return the hat, return it in the same box in prestine condition.

For your protection do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage. If there appears to be shipping damage: Promptly contact the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report. Request the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.

Custom ordered hats are made specifically for you and are not refundable.  Please be sure this is the hat you want before you place your order.  Make sure the hat size is correct.

Hats shipped out of Denmark are done so at the buyer's request and they assume all risk due to other countries postal system's and custom services.  Nils Poll Online Shop is not responsible for the hats once they leave Denmark.  Some countries may take up to 4 weeks for delivery although most arrive within 2 weeks.
