Every Agreement has VALUE
What Value is there to having Dignity and Input? Even if your case should resort to a court proceeding, reaching agreement on those issues which are not truly litigated allows the parties to concentrate and present the “real issues” in a more succinct manner. Let me assure you: the Court will be very happy to know that some issues are resolved. Making the Court “happy” is a good thing. Fighting about the incidental issues, is likely to take far more time than one expects, and distracts from what is the “real issue”. Judges cannot possibly know why a precious keepsake is the center of controversy.
