I’m Dr. Bill Anthony, Founder and President of Anthony Partners, a Colorado based business psychology consulting firm, and I want to personally introduce myself and my firm’s services to you. A Brief History of Anthony Partners
Anthony Partners was founded initially as “Partners in Leadership” in Denver, Colorado by Dr. Bill Anthony in 1992 as a regionally-based business psychology consultancy. Over time, both the breadth and scope of our services has expanded substantially; while we are Colorado based, we provide high quality services to clients in numerous U.S. and global locations.

Dr. Bill Anthony is Founder and President of Anthony Partners, Inc., a highly successful regional consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. Bill and his colleagues have established an excellent reputation for developing innovative approaches and methodologies in the areas of executive selection, leadership development, strategic planning and executive team alignment. Prior to establishing the firm in 1984, he was a leading senior consultant with the world's oldest and largest firm of management psychologists and more recently he served as Senior Vice President of Organizational Consulting for a large global consulting firm.
Bill's extensive professional training and expertise as a consulting psychologist, combined with over twenty-five years of business consultation experience represent a substantial resource for client organizations. His ability to understand the intricate linkages between psychological and business systems has enabled numerous key executives to translate insight into action in leading their enterprises to success. He has served as a key resource in the selection, advisement and retention of an extensive array of executive talent, working with over 70 CEO's and Division Presidents of companies over the course of his career, as well as several Boards of Directors.

Bill received his doctorate in Psychology from the University of Houston and subsequently served three years as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. He then completed his post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center before launching his career as a business psychologist. He holds diplomat status with the American Board of Professional Psychology and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Clinical Psychology. He taught as adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Medical School, University of Denver (Daniel's School of Business), Metropolitan State University and Northern Michigan University.
